Current, Relevant Education

Renatus re-records classes multiple times each year.  If a strategy needs refreshing then we bring in the instructor and re-record it.  The only time a class remains unchanged for an extended period of time is when the strategy itself remains unchanged.  As new classes become available and existing classes receive updates, Renatus will make these classes available to the appropriate package purchasers.

Different Vocational Tracks may contain classes in common with one another.

Accelerated Investor Training courses are presented as Vocational Tracks.  Vocational Tracks contain the necessary classes needed for a student to become proficient in a particular investing strategy.  These common classes allow a student studying a particular Real Estate Investing Strategy, to easily access all of the information needed for strategy mastery.  Renatus reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of common classes based on our efforts to improve student outcomes.
